Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls national park
After early morning breakfast, you will transfer to Murchison falls national park with en route visit to Rhinoceros in Ziwa rhino sanctuary thereafter you will proceed to the park after lunch break on the way and visit the Top of Murchison fall, and later check in to your lodge for overnight stay.
Day 2: Full day in Murchison falls, Game drive and Boat cruise in the afternoon
A relatively early start after breakfast, head for morning game drive in search of savannah animals such as Elephants giraffes, buffalos, waterbucks hartebeest, orib lions, leopards, hyenas jackals warthogs Uganda kobs and birds species. On return, have lunch break and later go for afternoon boat ride up stream to the bottom of the falls where you will you expect to see schools of hippos Nile crocodiles, Nile monitor lizards as well as Elephants and waterbucks coming to drink. After the boat ride, return to your lodge for overnight stay.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest national park
On this day you will leave Murchison falls and transfer to Kibale forest national park the primate haven of Uganda with 13 species of primates including chimpanzee, red colobus monkeys, red tailed monkeys and many others you will pass through the scenic landscapes of fort portal lunch on the way and later check in to your lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.
Day 4: Full Day in Kibale forest, Chimpanzee tracking
This morning after an early breakfast, Report to the ranger station ready for chimp tracking experience, you will be briefed by ranger guide about do’s and don’ts while tracking the chimpanzees, on return have lunch break then later go for bigodi wetland sanctuary for nature walk where you have chance to see monkeys and birds that you might miss while tracking chimps thereafter head back to the lodge for overnight stay.
Day 5: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park, game drive in the evening.
Wake up and take your relaxed breakfast then head to Queen Elizabeth national park via kasese town with the better view of the mountain of the moon called Ruwenzori which is Uganda’s highest mountain, it’s on this day where you will cross the equator as you enter the park. You will proceed and check in to your lodge, then later go for evening game drive in search of savannah game like Elephants, buffalos, lions, water bucks, Uganda kobs, lucky enough leopards hyenas and variety of bird species associated with savannah grassland, thereafter you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Full day in Queen Elizabeth national park Game Drive and Boat cruise
On this 6th day, take a cup of tea or coffee and go out for morning game drive to catch up with early raisers like lions leopards hyenas among others that will take you approximately 3 – 4 hours, later return to the lodge for a full breakfast and lunch break. After lunch you will be driven to the jetty for your afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel a natural water body that connects two rift valley lakes George and Edward found within the this park. This will take a maximum of 2 hours thereafter return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Game drive and transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park.
After morning breakfast, you will transfer to Bwindi forest national park a home to rare mountain gorillas and other primates, through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth called ishasha which famous for tree climbing lions. You will do a game drive there in search of these lions that are adapted to climbing trees in that specific part of the park. Later proceed you journey to Bwindi forest national park and check in to your lodge relax in preparation for Gorilla tracking the next day, overnight stay.
Day 8: Amazing Day of Gorilla tracking!!!!
An early morning start, you will wake up have your breakfast and then report to the ranger station together with your packed lunch and drinking water and in tracking attire for a briefing about gorilla tracking where you will be split into small groups of 8 people per gorilla family and then ascend to the forest for your gorilla adventure that will take a few hour to a full day. Once you come across the gorillas, you will be allowed a maximum of 1 hour with these gentle giants as you take pictures then after return back to the lodge. Depending on the time and how strong you will be, you can later go for community walk to meet and be entertained by the local people as you learn about their culture then have dinner overnight stay at your lodge.
Day 9: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi, boat ride and relaxation.
Here on this day you will be driven to Lake Bunyonyi and do boat ride in the afternoon, this is a Uganda’s deepest and beautiful lake located in between the kigezi rolling hills good for relaxation as you take a swim or canoeing or motor boat to visit historical islands as well as visiting the pygmies there is also Punishment Island where young girls who could get pregnancy before their marriage were punished. In the evening relax at you lodge dinner and overnight stay
Day 10: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park, night game drive.
After your morning breakfast, the guide will transfer you to Lake Mburo national park, lunch on the way then proceed to the park as you view animals along the way. This is Uganda’s smallest savannah park where you stand chance to see impalas besides there are plain Zebras, buffalos, hyenas, dwarf mangoes, giraffes, topi and leopards on lucky occasions. proceed and check in to the lodge for relaxation. Later in the evening go for night game drive in search of nocturnal like leopards bush babies thereafter head back to the lodge for overnight stay.
Day 11: Game walk then transfer to Kampala or Entebbe airport.
In the morning after breakfast, you will go for nature walk in the park where you have chances to get closer to wildlife on foot together with a park ranger guide; this will take approximate of 2 – 3 hours then
On return you will check out and head to Kampala with a quick stop over at the Equator for your last hour shopping and photography then continue to Kampala or Entebbe if it’s your scheduled day of your flight. End of the tour
